NightPosture respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how NightPosture handles information when you use the app.
NightPosture does not sell your data. NightPosture does not use advertising tracking. NightPosture does not require an account. NightPosture is designed so sleep posture data, CoreMotion data, and Apple Health data remain stored locally on your device unless a future version clearly states otherwise and asks for your permission.

NightPosture uses this data to provide app functionality, including sleep position tracking, sleep position summaries, and optional correlations with Apple Health metrics.
NightPosture is designed to store app data locally on your device. The app does not transmit your CoreMotion data, sleep posture data, or Apple Health data to external servers controlled by NightPosture.
Apple Health access is optional and controlled by you. NightPosture only accesses Health data types that you authorize through Apple's Health permission screen. You can change or revoke Health permissions at any time in the Apple Health app or iOS Settings.
NightPosture does not use Apple Health data for advertising or tracking.
NightPosture does not sell personal data and does not share your sleep posture or Apple Health data with advertisers or data brokers. If third-party services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated.
Data stored by NightPosture remains on your device until you delete it in the app, delete the app, or delete related data through iOS settings where available. You may also revoke Apple Health permissions at any time.
